Why did you decide to join Lycia?

I was drawn to Lycia by the science and the people. After reading the original LYTAC papers, I thought the approach of leveraging the cells own machinery made a lot of sense and getting in on the ground floor of this new field was exciting. I then met my future team and felt immediately welcome. 

What makes Lycia a great place to work?

We are truth-seekers, and I see this push to understand and tackle challenging questions all the time. I really enjoy the cross-collaborative teams and have learned a lot because of this. It’s especially exciting to contribute to a platform that will bring medicines to patients.

How would you describe the culture at Lycia?

I think being surrounded by humble scientists makes it easy to build on ideas together and learn from mistakes. We are committed to each other’s growth and want to make sure our questions and opinions are valued.
